Ordering
We endeavour to make ordering as convenient and stress free as possible for you!
- Browse through the items on the website and pick your favourite(s).
- Fill up the order form as provided (in the Order Now section of this website).
- You will receive an email from us confirming your order and advise payment method.
- Once we received your payment, we will process your orders and get them shipped. You will receive another email notification with your tracking number on it so that you know the whereabouts of your order.
Changes to Order
It is no problem to change or cancel your orders as long as it has not been processed and shipped.
Refund Policy
Excellent product quality is our highest priority so if you are not entirely satisfied with the quality of your order, you can always return the products to us for a full refund by using the Contact Us form. Please note that:
- You must contact us for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order ;
- All returned goods must be in their original form – unused and unopened;
- Postage and packaging charges are not refundable; and
- We must receive the goods within 14 days of your refund request.
Payment Method
Payment for your order can be made into our bank account. You will receive our account details once you have placed your order.
We will process your order upon the receipt of your payment.
Shipping information
After your order is confirmed and we have received your payment, we will dispatch your order immediatly.
For orders within New Zealand, this will be sent using courier services and this will usually take overnight for North Island orders and 2-3 days for South Island orders. Shipping cost is $7.50, regardless of the size and weight of your order!
Rural delivery will be $5 extra.
For overseas orders, please contact us and we'll give you a quote on the shipping cost.
