FUNKY COOKIES & CAKES (www.funkycookiesandcakes.com) - Fiona from Funky Cookies & Cakes is just one of the sweetest person that I've come across! She made my baby's 1st birthday cake this year, and everyone was WOW-ed by how cute and pretty the cupcakes & cake are! And she does all that at a very reasonable price!
THE WHOLE CAKE AND CABOODLE (http://www.flickr.com/photos/lisas_cakes) - Lisa from The Whole Cake & Caboodle worked with me in the Windy Ridge Expo sometime in April 2010, and she came up with the prettiest cookies for my boxes collection! She even tailored her cookies to match the theme and colour of our boxes! If you're looking for somebody to make delicious cookies to go with our boxes, she's definitely worth contacting!
SIMMER SPECIALTY CAKES AND BISCUITS (http://www.simmer.co.nz) - Annabelle from Simmer Specialty Cakes & Biscuits made a couple of trays of mini cupcakes for me as a thank you note to my friends. One great thing is that even though they're based in Whangarei, her husband personally delivers the cupcakes to Hamilton! The cupcakes arrived in perfect condition, and you can be guaranteed of that when you place you order. Double thumbs up!
BELLA CUPCAKES (http://bellacupcakes.co.nz) - Vanessa at Bella Cupcakes has got to be one of the most talented person that I've ever met. Her cake/cupcake designs are just marvellous and absolutely perfect! We ordered a drum cake for my sister's 24th birthday, and we were blown away by just how perfect the cake looks. It was totally worth the drive all the way to North Shore to get it. She is usually booked out pretty fast, so do get your order in early! Check out her website for yourself!
BAKED TO DIFFER (http://www.bakedtodiffer.co.nz/) - Emily from Baked to Differ probably has the most heavenly recipe for chocolate cupcakes! Her "Hershey's Perfectly Chocolate" flavoured cake has got to be my personal favourite of all time! Another excellent customer service provided by her when she personally delivers the cupcakes to my friend, all packaged nicely and with a card (+ personal touches!)! For those of you in Christchurch, you've got to try her for your next big event!
